Joel Eveland - President/Principal Consultant
Joel is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Master Black Belt with 25 years of experience in a wide variety of industries. Joel honed his skills applying Lean Six Sigma in quality and operations roles from Manger to Director to Vice President in companies ranging from less than $3M in annual revenue to multi-billion-dollar companies like Newell, Flextronics and PHH Mortgage. He used these methods to deliver dramatic improvements in quality, reductions in labor and material costs, and shortened delivery times to customers. Joel has done training of front line personnel and others all the way up to CEO/CFO/COO. He has trained more than a thousand Green Belts, more than 150 Black Belts and multiple Master Black Belts. Joel has facilitated over 140 kaizen events, including co-facilitating events with senseis from Shingijutsu.

June Weber - Supply Chain Consultant

June is a Supply Chain Professional with over 30 years of experience and demonstrated ability to implement process improvements with a proven track record of success. Results driven success that is built upon experience, leadership, communication, team building, process implementation and lean methodologies. June has worked for public and private companies such as Lear Automotive, Stanley Black & Decker, and Graham Architectural. June has held top management and Director level positions at these companies. Her expertise includes purchasing, vendor management, inventory planning, and inventory management, manufacturing scheduling, Six Sigma and lean processes. June has a proven track record in improving Supply Chain Operations and decreasing both inventory and Standard Cost. These result in an overall improvement to the company’s bottom line, balance sheet and customer satisfaction.
